Post-Ticketing Service Fees

All travel bookings made through FareTravel (operated by Flyza Travels LLC) are subject to the specific fare rules and restrictions of the respective Travel Supplier (airlines, hotels, or vendors).

When you request changes, cancellations, or administrative updates to a confirmed and issued reservation, two separate sets of fees apply:

• Travel Supplier Fees: Penalties, fare differences, or rebooking charges imposed directly by the airline or hotel.
• FareTravel Post-Ticketing Processing Fees: Non-refundable administrative service fees charged by FareTravel for facilitating post-issue requests with suppliers as detailed below.

• Non-Refundable Agency Fees: All FareTravel post-ticketing service fees are 100% non-refundable, regardless of whether the airline or supplier ultimately grants or denies the requested change or refund.
• Payment Authorization: Post-ticketing requests will only be processed after you explicitly authorize and pay the required agency fees and supplier penalties.
• Supplier Constraints: Certain promotional, basic economy, or non-changeable tickets strictly prohibit post-ticketing modifications or cancellations per airline fare rules.
